I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. With over 8 years of experience in the social work field, I specialize in addressing LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, and self harm utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP) to help clients navigate the complexities of their experiences and reclaim a sense of empowerment.

UCF RESTORES – which includes the National Center of Excellence for First Responder Behavioral Health– is a nonprofit clinical research center and treatment clinic established to change the way posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related concerns are understood, diagnosed and treated.

The IAFF Foundation provides resources and support to IAFF members when they need it, including behavioral health education and peer support through the IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery, a first-of-its-kind facility exclusively for IAFF members.
